The Cornish Seaweed Company is England's first official seaweed-harvesting business, founded by renewable energy engineer Caroline Warwick-Evans and conservationist Tim van Berkel. The brand sustainably wild-harvests, processes, and packages local edible seaweeds by hand from the Cornish coastline to be used as nutritious superfoods, vegan thickeners, and culinary ingredients.
